How to check the shipping status of your order 
After your label roll printing order has been printed, we’ll ship your order using 2-Day shipping service to locations within the continental United States. Canadian customers: We can ship to Canada at a nominal cost and your package will be processed through the customs process. All customers will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing tracking information and delivery address information. In addition to the shipping confirmation e-mail, you can check the status of your order through your LabelHero account. The ‘Orders’ section of your account will show the current shipping status of your order and include the package information and tracking number
